FAiR (Friends Altogether in Rother) are thrilled to announce the charity has been generously supported by The National Lottery Community Fund with a whopping £19,900. This is a huge acknowledgement of the services FAiR is delivering for the communities of Rural Rother.
There is no doubt that the care and attention paid when preparing and decorating the rooms, our ‘Meeter and Greeter’ Miriam offering a warm welcome, setting up an information point, providing quality food and drinks and ensuring each attendee is made to feel special is appreciated.
26 guests joined 'Tilling, Tea and Cake' for another fun, enjoyable and informative Saturday Social. (A total of 208 people have attended our Saturday Social in the 7 months since we launched last Nov 2023)
Time for something that will hopefully brighten your day – an update on our progress in setting up the FAiR befriending service, from our new-in-post Community Volunteer Training Coordinator, Kathy Crowther
